Profitility wasn't born in a boardroom or from market research.
It was built by a gig worker who spent more than a decade delivering through platforms like Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Shipt, Instacart, and Spark.
Like many drivers, I celebrated big payout days without truly understanding what I was keeping after expenses. I accepted offers because they looked good, not because I knew they were profitable. I believed I was running a business when, in reality, I was reacting to whatever opportunity appeared next.
The truth is, I didn't know what I didn't know.
That realization changed everything.
The first version of Profitility wasn't an app. It was a spreadsheet built to answer one simple question:
"What am I actually making?"
That spreadsheet eventually grew into something much bigger.
