Delete Your Account
You can request the deletion of your Profitility account at any time.
Option 1: Delete Within the App (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the app:
Go to Settings → Delete Account
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Your account will be deactivated immediately
- Your data will be scheduled for permanent deletion
- Some data may be retained for up to 30 days for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes
Option 2: Request Deletion
If you are unable to access your account, you can request deletion by contacting us:
