By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this Disclaimer.

Profitility is designed to assist independent delivery contractors and similar users in:

The Service provides recordkeeping and analytical tools only.

2. No Professional Advice
Profitility does not provide:
- Tax advice
- Accounting services
- Legal advice
- Regulatory compliance advice
- Investment or financial planning services
All calculations, analytics, projections, mileage totals, and expense tracking are estimates only and depend on user-provided information and system processing.
You are solely responsible for:
- Filing taxes
- Claiming deductions
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Complying with applicable tax laws

- User-entered mileage and expense information
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of:
- Profit and loss calculations
- Mileage totals
- Expense tracking
- Tax reporting exports
- Delivery profitability projections
- OCR-extracted text
Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all information before submitting data to tax authorities, lenders, auditors, or other financial entities.
4. No Government or Platform Affiliation
- Profitility is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), any state or federal tax authority, or any delivery or gig platform.
- Storage of platform names, earnings, addresses, or order data is for user recordkeeping purposes only.
- Use of third-party platform names does not imply partnership or endorsement.
5. Tax Compliance Responsibility
- Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local tax laws.
- Grindstone Holdings LLC is not responsible for audits, penalties, interest, miscalculations, or filing errors.
- Data stored in the Service does not replace required official documentation (such as IRS Form 1099 or equivalent records).

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
Any disputes related to this Disclaimer shall be resolved in accordance with the arbitration and dispute resolution provisions set forth in the Terms of Service. Users waive the right to participate in class actions except where prohibited by law.
